Black and white photograph of  Sydney W. Pascall of  London, England President of Rotary International, 1931-32 , with Paul Harris,  sitting in chairs.  Signed by "Harris", this photo was taken at 4 Southampton Row, London WC1.

In 1926, Pascall had become President of Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland, and 5 years later of R.I. 

Pascall and Harris met on several occasions during the latter's tours in Europe in 1928, 1932 and 1934 as well as in Chicago.

Tavistock House, the headquarters of RIBI at that time, was at the beginning of Southampton Row.
