Bridge Playing Rotarians

The International Fellowship of Bridge Playing Rotarians, IFBPR was established in 1997 in Honolulu, USA and moved to Milano, Italy in 2002 as a result of the election of a new Board of Directors.
The new President Enrico Carozzi started a specific program to re-organize the Fellowship structure, mainly on Internet basis.

In 2004 the elections confirmed the Board, introduced new Directors from various countries and ratified an updated Constitution, according to guidelines of Rotary International.

The main appeal of the Bridge Fellowship is now the possibility to interact with like-minded Rotarians, their Spouses, Rotaractors and Friends, to play bridge both in traditional tournaments and on Internet, wherever they live.

IFBPR Directors are regularly attending R.I. Conventions, like Barcelona, Brisbane, Osaka, and Chicago, where they staff a booth, which becomes the meeting point of members, friends and visitors.
Many new members joined our Fellowship during Conventions, as a result of these personal contacts and interactions.

A large “Bridge Tournament of Rotarian Friendship” is organized during Conventions with active support of local Rotarian friends and increasing. participation of players.
