Thanks to the careful work of James P. Walsh, his 1979 book, "The First Rotarian" gives a much to examine in the lives of Rotary's early leaders and events. We are preparing the story of how Jean Thompson Harris spend the eight years after Paul's death, and also her reflections on her life with Paul.

Jean sells Comely Bank, works for Pacific Garden Mission, then attends the 50th anniversary of her late husbands beloved child. A dramatic entrance at the convention.
