2007/08 Peace Chair, RGHF AMBASSADOR, Dr Vimal Hemani It’s a matter of immense pride and privilege for me to be a Rotarian and I consider myself fortunate to be a part of Rotary Global History Fellowship.

I am an Otolaryngologist and Head & Neck Surgeon by profession and practice at my private hospital in Rajkot, India.

I am an active member of Rotary club of Rajkot Midtown (District 3060) since July 2003. I was the Director, Youth service of my club in 2004-2005, the director of Community service in 2005-2006 and this year I am the director of International service of Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown. http://www.rotaryrajkotmidtown.org

I also serve District 3060 as the chairman of club bulletin committee for the year 2006-2007 as well as the co-chairman of interact clubs. http://www.rotary3060.net

I serve as membership secretary in Doll Lovers Fellowship. http://www.rotarydlf.org

I have been part of the team actively working on community projects like the Rotary Midtown Library started at Rajkot, the safe drinking water project where we will supply clean water to 82 educational institutions of our city etc. I also conduct various free medical camps and periodically give health awareness talks in the community. I am an active anti-tobacco campaigner.
