Rotary's Global History primes the Rotary pump |
"I don't mind my inbox being flooded by e-mails from RGHF. They are so
informative and it makes me appreciate more the wonderful world of Rotary."

You and "the team" of leaders of the the fellowship are doing a great job of informing others about Rotary's past and the comments of its founder and other leaders.
John McKay wrote: "The road to tomorrow leads through yesterday".
My favorite quote in this vein however is one of former Vice President of Rotary International Jack Pride from England: "History is only valuable if it allows us to stand on its shoulders and look into the future. The greater the history, and the finer the tradition, the farther we can see."
We have much of which to be proud in Rotary, but now its future is up to us, all of us who are currently members of Rotary Clubs.
In citing Rotary Global History RGHF is reminding us all about past accomplishments, and hence challenging all Rotarians to continue to apply Rotary's objective in all we do.
Best wishes for your continuing endeavors in this vain. |
