Rotary International Awards Jim Dornbos

Four Avenues of Service Citation

Midland resident, Jim Dornbos, was named by the Saginaw Rotary Club as its 2000-2001 recipient of the Four Avenues of Service Citation for Individual Rotarians at its regular meeting Wednesday, January 31, 2001.

Recognizing that the strength of the Rotary movement is founded on the service carried out by club members worldwide, the purpose of this citation program is to provide a means for Rotary clubs to personally recognize a member of the club for outstanding efforts in the Four Avenues of Service. The citation commends the service carried out by an individual Rotarian in the club, reinforcing the importance Rotary places on the personal involvement of each club member in Rotary service activities.

Rotary's Four Avenues of Service are Club, Vocational, Community and International Service.
